Correspondence Courses:
The Army Institute for Professional Development offers several correspondence programs which may help in learning Troop Leading Procedures, how to write Op. Orders, and a variety of other tactical skills needed for OCS.

Army Manuals Online:
The General Dennis J. Reimer Training and Doctrine Digital Library is a great site to obtain FMs, CTTs, correspondence courses, TMs, and many other publications.  If you need to brush-up on your land nav., D&C, or just about any other army skill, this is the place to go.
